Online Store Terms

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your place of residence.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose that is in breach of copyright laws.  A breach or violation of any of the terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

Shipping & Handling

ALERT: DUE TO COVID-19 PACAKGE DELIVERY TIMES MAY BE EXTENDED DUE TO EXTRA MEASURES OF PROTECTION AND INFRINGEMENT OF DELIVERY TIMELINES.

• PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS BEFORE YOU SUBMIT PAYMENT.   SHIPPING ADDRESS MUST MATCH BILLING IN ORDER TO AVOID SHIPPING DELAYS.
• Products will be processed as soon as payment is cleared.
• After payment is cleared Allow 2-3 business days in processing order.   Tracking information will be sent to the email you provided once the label is created.   

               THIS DOES NOT MEAN IT HAS SHIPPED.  Please check your tracking number for 

               updates.

• All orders will be shipped using USPS Priority Mail for US orders.
• SamsNailzz or SamNailzz, LLC or any parties in associaion under this name are  not responsible for  lost/stolen, missed delivered packages or damaged goods caused by the mail delivery carrier or USPS carrier.  We will not replace lost/stolen product or damaged goods.   Please add signature confirmation or insurance to your order to secure your package.

REFUND POLICY

There is NO Refunds/Returns/Exchanges once your order has been shipped.  Shipping charges ARE NOT refundable. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  Please make sure your are ordering the correct item/s to avoid shipping delays.
